Returns

As we deal in natural diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Returns are accepted only if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned with the original packaging, certificates, invoices, and any accessories provided.
- Products that have been worn, altered, resized, engraved, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Special-order products.
- Products that have been altered or resized at the customer's request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing time.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will provide instructions for the return and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped or a custom order has entered production, it may not be cancelled.
